Roxanne Gauthier

In the past few years, I’ve really fallen in love with coaching and helping others achieve their goals. It started when transitioning into a coach at my CrossFit gym and it has grown tremendously from there.

After high school, I stopped being active and the “freshman fifteen” was a little more than fifteen. I joined a CrossFit gym and through my coaches started learning more and more about nutrition. I started really diving into that side of things by doing more research, asking more questions and eventually getting myself a nutrition coach. After cleaning up my food quality and assuring I was getting enough food, I soon realized the positive impact it had on my gym performance, overall mood, sleep and body composition.

Through my own journey with nutrition, I’ve discovered how passionate I am about helping others in all aspects of their day-to-day life. I look forward to applying what I’ve learned so that I can make a positive impact on people’s lives!

I am a CrossFitter, CrossFit L1 trainer, and now a Precision Nutrition-certified nutrition coach.

I’ve always been very interested in nutrition and health since the young age of 14 when I became more conscious of things like eating more vegetables, choosing local products when possible, and fitting exercise into my day!

I’ve also long since been into cooking and a lover of meal prepping! You can usually find me in the kitchen for hours whipping up a vegetable chili or the occasional homemade pizza.

I’ve personally experienced how food can affect many things in our bodies, from day-to-day energy levels to performance in the gym. My goal is to help others make healthy changes so that they can feel, do, and live better every day!
